Your first name, the position you picked (Wednesdays), and the time you registered. If you join a waitlist, you can also leave an email address.

Registering gives you a 4-digit number. It’s stored with your booking so you can cancel it, and so I can check it’s you if you message me.

Your first name and position are shown in that session’s list of who’s coming, which anyone can open.

Your email is never shown. If you move up off a waitlist, the site emails it to me so I can tell you — that’s the only thing it’s used for, and the site never auto-emails you.

Nothing is sold, shared, or used for advertising. There’s no mailing list, and no analytics on this site.

When you register, your IP address is used by Cloudflare’s bot check (Turnstile) and to limit how many requests one address can make in a minute. It isn’t stored with your booking.

Your browser remembers your booking and number on your own device, so the session page can fill it in when you come back. Clearing your browser’s site data removes that copy.

30 days after the session, your name, number and email are deleted. What’s kept is the deidentified count — how many people registered.

Cancel your booking from the session page — click your name, enter your number, type “cancel” — or DM me at @hamish_vb and I’ll remove it.
